Produced with fabric from our Japanese heritage manufacturer, our pocket squares are durable, unique, and timeless. Our brown kasuri-ori pocket square features a dotted appearance on one side, and a dashed or striped appearance on the other side, making it a versatile piece for your wardrobe.
Fukuoka 福岡県 is famous for its woven kasuri 絣 fabrics. Many craftsmen in the city have used the same wooden looms and weaving techniques for generations. Their methods create a unique patterning and texture that differs on each side of the fabric.
Kasuri, a traditional Japanese fabric, derived from the word “kasureru” meaning “blurred,” is created using individually dyed threads that are skillfully woven into the patterns you see here.
