Printed cotton Handkerchiefs. Handy and stylish, they're a simple way to dress up a suit or jean pocket. Each one is made here in Portland, Oregon, and features a traditional Japanese pattern inspired by our collection of vintage kimono.
The Seigaiha pattern means "Blue Sea Waves". The pattern was popularized on clothing from ancient court dances, but the earliest known use of the pattern in Japan was in the 6th century. It depicts a calm sea, with overlapping waves, and represents happiness and good luck.
