Asanoha Mon 麻の葉紋, is a popular geometric Japanese pattern, representing hemp leaves. An important material particularly in pre-industrial Japan, hemp and other natural motifs often made their way into textile designs. As hemp grows fast and strong, it is meant to symbolize growth and good health.
