Jugetsudo's organic sencha asa is made from young spring green tea leaves and has a refreshing flavor packed with umami. Try cold brewing for a sweeter, lighter flavor. 

Brewing instructions: Add 1 tea bag to 50 mL of water heated to 80°C. Ensure a tea is brewed at this low temperature to prevent burning the tea leaves and creating a more bitter cup. Brew for 1 minute before removing the tea bag and enjoying.
