Kiriko ships orders via USPS or FedEx. Carrier options vary based on item and destination. If you have a shipping preference, this can be chosen at checkout. You can expect an automatic email 2-3 days after your order confirmation with tracking details.

Kiriko ships domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-day Mail. We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over $100 shipped within the Continental U.S. Most orders are typically shipped within 3 business days, and arrive within 2-4 business days. Tracking numbers are provided by an automated email at the time of shipment.
For In-Store Pick-Up option, the check-out page will ask for your shipping address. Go ahead and fill out all the information that they ask. Your order will be ready to pick-up at the store when you place your order. Our store hours are M-F 10-6 and Weekends 12-6.

Kiriko Made offers shipping to over 200 countries.
International orders have the option between shipping via USPS or DHL. USPS can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, depending on the country. DHL typically takes 3-5 business days.
We have few stockists in other countries. Please check out stockists in your area to avoid international shipping charges. Please understand that international packages shipped using USPS cannot be tracked once they reach international customs. For international shipments using USPS the customer must contact their local shipping carrier for updates once the package has left the United States.
Any international order may be charged additional customs fees at the time of delivery. Kiriko is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees incurred from imported goods, and the customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Kiriko does not refund shipping on any order.

Once orders are shipped, Kiriko Made is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delievered packages. Orders placed on our website are shipped via a third-party carrier, and as such risk of loss and title for goos ordered pass onto you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have trouble tracking down a shipment, you'll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carrier for assistance. The shipping carrier used will be listed on your shipping confirmation email.
