Jugetsudo, Yuzu Sencha Loose Leaf 50g

This yuzu sencha with matcha combines Jugetsudo's high quality sencha with dried yuzu zest from Kochi prefecture. This fruit is typically enjoyed for the winter solstice in Japan, but the refreshing citrus flavor will brighten up any day. This tea can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Brewing instructions: Add 2g of tea to 50 mL of water heated to 80°C. Ensure tea is brewed at this low temperature to prevent burning the tea leaves and creating a more bitter flavor. Brew for 1 minute before removing the tea leaves. Can also be enjoyed cold-brewed.
