At Kiriko, we love a good notebook. Nothing really comes close as a place to store your best ideas, deep thoughts, and the occasional doodle. Our notebook is inspired by Japanese traditional patterns and vintage composition books. Each book features a white saddle stitched spine and linen texture cover.

Karakusa, or "arabesque", is taken from the patterns found on stalks and tendrils, and the links between leaves and vines of plants. It is a symbol for eternity and sometimes a symbol for a family's legacy, like a family tree in Western culture.
