This soft, patchwork cotton pillow applies a gentle, soothing weight when placed over the eyes. Use to deepen relaxation after yoga, to relieve eye stress, or for a late-afternoon nap. The gentle weight comes from a flax seed filling, which can be heated in the microwave. To heat the pillow, microwave for 20 seconds, redistribute seeds and heat again in 20-second intervals until comfortably warm.
