Description
Crafted from shade-grown tea leaves in Uji, Japan, Liquid Jade is a premium organic matcha with a rich, sweet, and buttery taste accented by ocean notes.
To achieve its exceptional quality, the tea plants are shaded with bamboo mats prior to harvest to enhance flavor, then quickly steamed after plucking to preserve vibrant color and prevent oxidation. The leaves are carefully de-stemmed, dried, and meticulously ground by stone mills, which can process only 40 grams per hour.
It is ideally prepared with a bamboo whisk and traditional chawan bowl, however it can also be prepared in a variety of drinks, shakes and smoothies.
