Description
Organic loose leaf Genmaicha Green Tea has a rich history in Japan as a comforting tea to enjoy with family and friends. Roasted rice is added to a blend of steamed fresh green tea leaves, resulting in a distinct toasty flavor.
Brewing Instructions: Bring 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) of water to a boil and cool to 170°-190°F (80°-90°c). Place 1 Tbsp of tea leaves into the teapot. Add hot water and steep for 1-3 minutes. Pour tea into the cup(s) with a gentle rocking motion to allow the water to massage the leaves, slowly extracting the flavor.
