This Vintage Noragi jacket features boro patching and sashiko stitching. Dating from the 1900s, this robe was made and worn by farmers or the working class. The boro noragi is a classic Japanese work jacket transformed through generations of hand-patching and mending. Shaped by rural necessity, each historic piece tells a story through layered cotton scraps, weathered indigo hues, and dense rows of sashiko stitching.
Carefully selected and imported from Japan, this vintage product is truly one of a kind. Once it is sold, no other will be in the same style. This product belongs solely to you.
Please note, jackets are sold as is. These truly vintage pieces exhibit slight signs of wear and a mild scent from decades in storage. Due to the age of the fabric, it may tear easily and have holes or stains.Â
