Bessou began in 2016 as a small Japanese-American neighborhood restaurant in New York. It has since transitioned into a takeaway shop that produces innovative snacks which showcase traditional Japanese flavors in creative ways. They’re best known for their line of pantry staples and Pom Pom Popcorn.
