Sekiryu Kitchen Knives are forged in Seki, Japan, a city with a rich sword-making heritage dating back to the 12th century. Made by Ohzawa Swords Co., Ltd., with over 40 years of expertise, these knives combine traditional craftsmanship with exceptional sharpness, durability, and balance. 

These sword-shaped knives have a straighter edge than a yanagi for precise vegetable cutting and a longer blade than an usuba for effortlessly slicing fish.
