At Kiriko, we love a good notebook. Nothing really comes close as a place to store your best ideas, deep thoughts, and the occasional doodle. Our notebook is inspired by Japanese traditional patterns and vintage composition books. Each book features a white saddle stitched spine and linen texture cover.
Kikko means "tortoiseshell." Originally, this hexagonal geometric design came from Western Asia. The tortoise represents longevity in Japan and is said to live for ten thousand years. Thus, the Kikkou pattern is meant to symbolize longevity.
