Crystalized Soy Sauce is a freeze-dried soy sauce flake that captures the flavor of premier soy sauce known as Moromi no Shizuku. Produced by a two centuries old soy sauce brewery and carefully crafted using the finest ingredients sourced within Japan, this soy sauce exhibits a deep flavor that’s well-rounded with a moderate sweetness. All these scrumptious qualities are condensed in this soy sauce flake.
Because it takes a powdery flake form, it never drops down to the bottom of a dish, which can easily happen when you pour liquid soy sauce on top of one. You can enjoy it as a finishing seasoning for various dishes such as steak, grilled fish, onigiri rice balls, tempura, pasta, pizza, and even ice cream!
