Sekiryu Kitchen Knives are forged in Seki, Japan, a city with a rich sword-making heritage dating back to the 12th century. Made by Ohzawa Swords Co., Ltd., with over 40 years of expertise, these knives combine traditional craftsmanship with exceptional sharpness, durability, and balance. 

The Santoku knife, meaning "three virtues," is a versatile, all-purpose knife designed for cutting vegetables, meat, and fish. It features a flatter, shorter blade than a gyuto, with a more rounded tip for precision and control.
