This tee is patched with scraps of fabric from Japan and inspired by old Boro patchwork with the modern addition of paint splatter. At Kiriko, we believe in the values of Mottainai, which means that the old can be made new and everything can be used again.
We never throw away leftover fabrics. Instead, we try to find new and innovative ways to use them. These shirts use different parts of the fabric making each one unique and one-of-a-kind. When it is sold, there will not be another one like it.Â
