Furikake loosely means "sprinkle" and is a staple in many Japanese home kitchens. This recipe starts with our purse kosher sea salt and Oregon Dulse (seaweed), both harvested on the Oregon Coast. We then add Wadaman sesame seeds, and a touch of dried mushrooms and sugar. Liberally sprinkle over rice, popcorn, eggs or tofu.
