Remove the seal from the bag, take out the silicon packet, and stand the package upright. Pour in 59ml of boiling or room temperature water. Use the zipper to close the pouch, and shake it for 20 seconds. The onigiri will be ready in 15 minutes with boiling water or 60 minutes with room temperature water. Use the sides of the bag to form it into a triangle shape.
