Description of Myojo, Udon Soup, Original Flavor

Traditional udon uses a broth that is made of katsuobushi (dried, fermented and smoked fish) and kombu (kelp) for a light and umami filled taste. This Original Flavor Udon perfectly replicates that taste. Have it the traditional way by making a noodle soup, or try it stir-fried! Simply cook the noodles for a few seconds to separate them, then add to a hot frying pan with oil, add half the flavor packet and desired toppings!
