Chaba means "tea leaf" in Japanese, but it can also be read as "the place for tea" - and that's what they are trying to create, a place where you can find the heart of Japanese tea. Aya and Daniel are an international couple with a shared love for tea. Their tea-love turned into a project, Chaba & Co. All of their teas are directly sourced from Japan, from growers and producers that they have met and know - people Aya and Daniel have visited on other farms, in their tearooms, and have shared tea with.
