Care and Handling

• The Egg & Toast Pan Lid is oven-safe up to 570ºF.
• Avoid dropping or striking against hard surfaces. Excessive pressure may damage the stainless steel lid or cause the cast iron handle to chip.
• The lid is dishwasher-safe. When hand-washing, use mild dish soap and a soft sponge.
• Avoid soaking the lid in water for extended periods, and dry it thoroughly immediately after washing.
